Challenge
Reposition Ciaté London within the premium beauty space through a high-profile fashion collaboration — while ensuring the campaign felt modern, aspirational and commercially effective across global channels.
The creative tension was real: Olivia Palermo's elevated, fashion-forward aesthetic needed to coexist with Ciaté's playful colour heritage without either diluting the other. The campaign had to feel genuinely collaborative rather than simply borrowed — a cohesive visual world that could hold together across product, portrait, retail and PR.
Creative Approach
Led art direction across campaign photography, film and product still life — building a cohesive fashion-meets-beauty visual world that balanced Olivia Palermo's signature refinement with Ciaté's colour-led identity.
Built the campaign around clear hero products, using elevated lighting, refined retouching and confident composition to maximise desirability and commercial cut-through.
Directed talent and beauty to capture a poised, contemporary expression of Palermo's style — aspirational without feeling inaccessible.
Worked closely with Olivia Palermo in her role as Guest Creative Director to ensure the campaign felt authentically co-created at every stage, from concept through to final assets.
